Typographical Errors
In the event that a product sold on the Site is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, The Dog Spa LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product listed at the incorrect price. The Dog Spa LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, The Dog Spa LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Price Changes
All prices listed on the Site are subject to change without notice. The Dog Spa LLC will need to modify prices from time to time and will not honor lower prices previously posted on the Site.

Shipping terms:
Most orders ship within 48 hours. We currently ship anywhere in the 48 contiguous states. Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor. Returns No returns on raw food. All other items 20% restocking fee and less shipping.

Frozen Raw Food Shipping Policy

There is a 12 pound minimum

Additional charges may apply for air express service.

Special Packaging - All raw food and bones are shipped frozen in special boxes with dry ice.

Frozen food is shipped separate from other items. If you need other items you must place a separate order.

Monday Shipping - Orders received Monday thru Wednesday will normally ship on the following Monday Orders received Thursday or Friday will normally ship the 2nd Monday after it is received.

Fedex - We ship Frozen food by fedex only. Delivery time frames vary depending on the state shipped to, but in most cases your delivery will be on Wednesday. To be sure of your delivery date, please refer to the tracking information available in the shipping confirmation email that you will receive on Tuesday. We strongly recommend upgrading to fedex nextDay Air if you will not be available to receive your order and place it in the freezer at the time of delivery (we cannot offer refunds on thawed food that sits outside after delivery).

Delivery Instructions - Please ship to an address where someone will be available to accept the order. If this is not possible, please leave a note for the fedex delivery person on the scheduled day of delivery with instructions on where to leave it (that is not in the hot sun). The food will only stay frozen for up to 2 days from shipment, so if it is not able to be delivered or it sits outside after delivery, there is a possibility that the food will begin to thaw. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for orders that are unable to be delivered or that sit outside after delivery. We are unable to send frozen raw food orders with "Shipper Release", so please leave your delivery driver a note if you think they may not leave the package with no one home.
